We love children and babies! At the masterclass we will be dealing with boiling water and hot tea! Ouch! This is why children and babies from birth to 9 years old cannot, under any circumstances, be admitted to the masterclass.
First, you will meet the founder of Tielka, Rebecca Domorev, who will tell you a little of her story of founding Tielka, her personal passion for tea, and the journey to becoming Australia's most-awarded organic tea brand.
You will get to meet like-minded tea-curious people from all over Australia and over the world in this tea masterclass. Group sizes are capped to 10 attendees. Exclusive group bookings may be made, minimum 6 attendees required for a group booking.
You will be introduced to the world of tea, what makes one tea different from another, the difference between tea and herbal infusions, how they benefit the human body and mind differently, and how you can enhance your day by selecting the best infusion for each activity throughout the day.
You will have the opportunity to see, touch, and smell a variety of tea leaves, and learn how to distinguish high-quality tea from lower-grade teas.
After this rich engagement with knowledge, you will move to a hands-on experience, where you will expertly make your own pot of tea according to brewing best practice for the ultimate tasting cup of tea. You will then taste and discover up to 14 varieties of tea and herbal infusions by Tielka.
Upon tasting these varieties, you will have the opportunity to purchase your favourite products online and use your $10 voucher*.

Since 2009, Tielka has grown from strength to strength and is now sipped all over the world by tea lovers with an elevated palate, who value self-care and appreciate the finer things in life.

We love babies and children! Which is why, due to occupational health and safety risks (namely, dealing with boiling water), children and babies aged 0-9 are not allowed to enter the space of the masterclass. This includes newborn babies. It is for your, your child's and the other participants' physical safety. No exceptions.
Your Tea for One Tea Set or Tea Cup and Saucer is a gift from us to you. It cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced with a Tielka voucher.
*$10 voucher can only be used only on the day of your masterclass and cannot be combined with vouchers of other attendees, or any other Tielka voucher. Vouchers can only be redeemed via your purchase online at https://tielka.com. Your purchase will be delivered by Australia Post to your nominated address. Cancellations or changes to your booking can be made up to 48 hours before the event with a full refund for cancellations. Changes cannot be made within 48 hours of your event booking. Cancellations made by you for any reason within 48 hours of your event will result in the full forfeit of your payment, however, you will receive a $65 voucher to spend on Tielka products which will be valid for 6 months from the date of your masterclass. We recommend you take out a travel insurance policy to cover any unexpected cancellations. If a booking needs to be cancelled by Tielka, you will receive a full refund on your booking fee. No exceptions.
Rebecca Domorev is the co-founder of Tielka, Australia's most awarded organic tea collection. Rebecca founded Tielka in 2009, with husband Alexei Domorev, and has since gained intimate knowledge and experience of tea and tea brewing that she loves to share with the tea-curious.
