How to Manage Your Tielka Subscription

Need to update or cancel your Tielka subscription? Even if you're not good with technology, you can do this!

✅ Step 1: Log in to your subscription

  1. Go to this page:
    Subscription Login
  2. Enter the email address you used when you ordered.
  3. Click the GET ONE TIME LOGIN LINK button.
  4. Check your email inbox – you’ll get a message from us.
    Click the special link in the email to log in.
    (If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder just in case.)

✅ Step 2: Manage your subscription

Once you're logged in, you'll see your active or inactive subscriptions.

If you have an active subscription, you can make changes by selecting from the options below.

  • ✏️ Change your next delivery date
  • 🔁 Change how often you get tea
  • 📦 Add or remove products
  • 🏠 Change your shipping address
  • 💳 Update your card/payment info
  • ❌ Cancel your subscription

If your subscription is inactive, you can:

  • 🔄 Reactivate it if you want to start receiving tea again

You may need assistance adding or removing products.
