How to Manage Your Tielka Subscription
Need to update or cancel your Tielka subscription? Even if you're not good with technology, you can do this!
✅ Step 1: Log in to your subscription
- Go to this page:
Subscription Login - Enter the email address you used when you ordered.
- Click the GET ONE TIME LOGIN LINK button.
- Check your email inbox – you’ll get a message from us.
Click the special link in the email to log in.
(If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder just in case.)
✅ Step 2: Manage your subscription
Once you're logged in, you'll see your active or inactive subscriptions.
If you have an active subscription, you can make changes by selecting from the options below.
- ✏️ Change your next delivery date
- 🔁 Change how often you get tea
- 📦 Add or remove products
- 🏠 Change your shipping address
- 💳 Update your card/payment info
- ❌ Cancel your subscription
If your subscription is inactive, you can:
- 🔄 Reactivate it if you want to start receiving tea again
🌍 Ordering from outside Australia?
You may need assistance adding or removing products.
