Once you have contacted us, we will email you an invoice for the entire subscription. Once paid, you will receive a voucher code to purchase the subscription online. Simply enter the recipient's details and voucher code when checking out and they will automatically receive their monthly subscription!

Tielka tea bags and pouches are made from GMO-free, plastic-free, bio-renewable material.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 11am AEST are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Agnes Water, QLD, Australia. This excludes public holidays, weekends, and in some very rare circumstances outside our control.

We are unable to process a refund if your order is delayed during shipping.

All products are shipped using Australia Post. Risk in the products passes from us to you once we have delivered the product(s) to the carrier.

Subscription Details

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to change your subscription, you can do it at any time. You can cancel your subscription any time after three deliveries. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
