It's been pressing on your mind.
Every day, the same thoughts. The same checking your personal list of dos and don'ts to figure it out.
Your diet is fine, more or less. (Sometimes less than more.)
Exercise? You're not an Olympic gymnast, but you're definitely not a couch potato either.
Those big issues you dealt with are well and truly in the past. Sure things come up, the every day battles. That's normal.
But you should be thriving.

"Stinky boots!", I exclaim, offering the open bag to our newest, bright young team member. "It helps you sleep!"
"It doesn't smell so bad", he states after a brief whiff. I'm disappointed. I usually get a more satisfying reaction than that.
"Hold a tick, you didn't get a good smell. Try this", I hope the bag a little wider and offer again. Poor Jonah enthusiastically puts his whole face in the bag and before I can warn him otherwise, he reels backwards.

Or lack thereof.
